Grown at Mori Farm in Saga. Polished meticulously to 44% to strip away impurities and reveal the grain's pure, starchy heart.

Soft water from the Tara mountain range. Its gentle mineral content shapes the sake's smooth mouthfeel and quiet, elegant finish.
The Koji
